I canceled this stay with the Best Western in December when I stayed there. I had the wrong dates and they assured me they would cancel the stay for January. Please refund this to me.

The front desk staff was pleasant. The facilities were very run down and in disrepair. We were in our king room, the pool are and the gym facilities.... all needed attention.

Used to staying at holiday Inn. In fact have stayed there for years. We love the restaurant. I actually thought I reserved room there,but when went to check in i had the wrong hotel. IT WAS FUNCTIONAL AND CLEAN,BUT I WONT STAY THERE AGAIN. WE REALLY MISSED AN ATTA HED BAR A D RESTAURANT

Both the sink and tub drains were very, very slow to drain. When we turned the heat on, the curtains blew out and the heat was just going up to the window. Had to put shoes on the window seal to keep them down.
Breakfast was delicious!!
