房間乾淨整齊、温度合適，因工作需要到北京出差，原來訂的18:00前入住，航班晚點，協調房間保留到23:00，協調過程工作人員給予了很大的幫助。

孩子高考在五十七中，特意訂了高考房。離考場一步之遙，非常方便。高考期間酒店全程保駕護航非常細心！在此特別感謝前台小鞏，小天的熱情接待，還有客房阿姨（她們看我睡客廳的沙發，怕我不舒服，休息不好。還給我加了張床）！再有門口車位引導的小胖哥。由於車位緊張！知道我是考生家長，一直幫我留意車位，並第一時間通知我。同時酒店還免了停車費，衹象徵性收取了很少的夜間管理費。在此一併表示感謝！

還是很不錯！
很明顯感覺到這個酒店在適應市場變化，在改進，這點很讚的：比如也沒有按金了，刷卡進電梯，房間很明顯是翻新了，電動窗簾，智能開關，還增加了簡易茶具等；
服務也有改進：贈送零食和牛奶，雖然我沒拿；前台的接待態度也很好，表揚小周小李倆位！
總之，這是一個老酒店革新適應市場變化的典範！再加強一下，應該能夠在全季桔子等的沖擊下活下來！
