Hyatt Place Bowling Green

It is a great location close to WKU, so super convenient. Hotel is getting dated, seems to need to be brighter in the rooms and halls, with updates to carpets, etc. We were given a handicapped room/ which was super big and spacious. But would liked to have been asked. Beds were comfortable

This is our second time staying and we love the atmosphere and the staff. We look forward to staying again.

I liked the area as it was in the university campus area. It felt safe and it was quiet. This hotel has been well used and is probably due for some updates. We had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue with our first room but the staff kindly and quickly accomadated our needs. That was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy.

Great staff. Friendly and very accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms. Located next to Western Kentucky University. Beautiful campus. AND next door to the hotel is a great Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stay here whenever we are in Bowling Green to visit our son at WKU. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is right on campus and close to many great restaurants.

Door deadbolt did not work. Staff were informed about the issue but no action was taken. Hairdryer didn’t work. Replaced by staff with a hairdryer which was sticky to the touch (as if something had been spilled on it).

I like that this property is on campus and convenient when we visit our granddaughter at school. C

Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is I wish I’d known the parking situation with the parking garage a little drive from the check in and then trying to figure out a garage that is in desperate need of better signage. After we finally figured it out, we had to walk through the rain hoping we were going to the correct doors because nothing was marked. If we hadn’t seen someone and asked them, I’m not sure how long it would have taken to find the right doors. I was confused at check in and asked if they had a map with instructions and the answer was no. I would suggest getting a map with instructions to print out on an 8.5x11 piece of paper for guests. Besides that, our stay was fine. Not luxurious as I expected but comfortable considering the age of the hotel.

Love that this is so close to the WKU campus. Can just park in the garage and walk where we need to go. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful area. If allergic to down you may want to bring your own pillows. I forgot to do that and woke up stuffy and unable to breathe (my fault!) Will definitely stay again!!
