Stunning brand new boutique hotel, very attentive service - staff can't do enough for you. Rooms are exquisite with really high end furnishings and decor. The large chandelier in the bar is a piece de resistance! You can also try sensibly priced cognacs from the extensive bar list. The cocktails are great too!
Cognac is a lovely town to visit but would recommend eating in one if the hotels restaurants.

A stunning conversion of a cognac facility into a hotel. Room was luxurious and well equipped. Service from staff was exemplary and couldn’t do too much to be of service. Great breakfast to end a short stay. We are looking forward to our stay next year in drier weather.

A short stay, but still it allowed us to appreciate : - excellent service, with very well-trained, friendly, always available and discreet staff - the quality of all furnishing/anemities, most of them worthy of a palace if not better - a quite remarkable dinner offered by a chef keen to use local produce As a slightly negative point, let's mention the mattress, too hard in my opinion The establishment has just opened, but everything is already perfectly in place. We wonder whether the considerable sums invested will ever pay off, but in any case we wish this exceptional establishment a long life.

Charming location . Famous City The Manor s Renovation is spectacular Environment is spectacular , garden , canal , beautiful perspective . Spacious Room , inside each details Is a precious touch …specially head bed and dressing furniture The food is so tasty , creative and generous The team is pleasant and always available . Nice break !

Une belle aventure culinaire Un accueil chaleureux simple où d'emblée nous nous sentons à l'aise Du grand art dans l'assiette, esthétiques et subtiles pour nos papilles De surprises en surprises les assiettes se succèdent jusqu'aux mignardises qui accompagnent le café... Promenade digestive dans le parc et visite de ces lieux qui racontent un passé propre à Cognac et à ces lieux régulièrement innondés (d'où la bien nommée " la Nauve ") ancienne pêcherie et des chais aujourd'hui transformés en Brasserie Une expérience en famille inoubliable

Expérience enchanteresse ! Les raffinements se succèdent pour un résultat qui nous enchante. Le lieu est divin, tous les détails sont extrêmement bien choisis. Toute l équipe est très professionnelle tout en gardant ce côté bienveillant qui nous donne l’impression d être « comme chez nous « Le repas ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont exceptionnels. Un immense merci à Zeina qui nous a accompagnés pendant le petit déjeuner de manière tellement agréable … Nous n’avons qu une hâte : revenir très vite.

Un dîner gastronomique digne d un deux étoiles Michelin, et un confort exceptionnel de la chambre qui n a d égal que la qualité de la rénovation des lieux .. nous repartons sur un petit nuage !!!

Évasion et confort garantis. Que ce soit la qualité et la convivialité du service, le décor et le confort des espaces : bar - accueil - chambre ou la cuisine sublime du chef Anthony, les prestations sont excellentes ! Les attentions du personnel nous ont fait passer un merveilleux moment au sein de cette maison. Notre seul regret est de n’avoir pu profit des jardins inondés par la crue de la Charente….mais finalement et vie que n’ayons pas besoin d’avoir une excuse, c’est pour eux que nous reviendrons 😉
