Very nicely decorated room with theme. Very impressive room inferior design and very cost. Aircon is provided and the room is very nice. Definitely come again. Close to town center and restaurants. Good price and good stay.

We stayed at the townhouse last night in the penthouse suite… we could not fault our stay, we were gutted we only booked one night. We booked on the blue light discount they had to offer. The staff are so accommodating, from organise the stay through messenger and organising treats for my partner birthday, they were really helpful. The two girls that greeted us on desk (one was trainee) could not fault them as well as the housekeeper we met on us departing, Very chatty and bubbly I’d book a stay again to see them. I love the decor of the place, loved how quirky it is. The penthouse suite was amazing, and the small touches topped it off. The best night sleep we had in a while waking up feeling refreshed. We are currently looking at staying again come summer as the place is self is lovely will definitely be telling everyone to go there well worth every penny. Thank you again for making our stay special .

stayed here at the end of 23 where we got engaged in one of the rooms, so it was only fitting that in April 24,we stayed in the same room to celebrate finding out our baby’s gender! Beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast and was looked after greatly!

Amazing night stay to celebrate finding out the gender of our baby. Stayed in the azzuri room with the april offer that month, great decor and friendly staff. Stayed for breakfast the next day and couldn't fault it. Would recommend and stay again.

Could not fault this hotel at all! Absolutely beautiful and unique. Staff couldn't do enough for you to ensure you have a lovely stay... Beds are so comfortable I didn't want to get up and leave.

Absolutely lovey hotel very quirky with brilliant deco. Bed was so comfortable we slept really well, Hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious definitely worth the money.hotel is very central to pubs and restaurants . Will definitely stay again.

Room was imaculate and they even went out there way to decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday, room was stocked with drinks and snacks and the staff made sure we had everything and if we wanted anything else, bed was comfy and the sheets smelt nice, heated flooring and plenty space, 10/10

Gorgeous stay at the townhouse (cruise room) staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was so lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. Location is spot on, right in the centre of everything. Restaurants and bars within walking distance aswel as the Cathedral and river. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. Oh and the breakfast and Sunday lunches are amazing, best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.

This is a beautiful friendly hotel. The location is central and close to everything that Durham has to offer. The rooms are unique and decorated to high standard. Staff are friendly, warm and eager to help. I would definitely recommend if you looking for something a little different with a lovely warm feeling.
