An excellent hotel in the very heart of the city centre of Dusseldorf. The hotel is fantastic, the staff super polite and helpful and the room spacious, spotless and well decorated. We even had a room upgrade for free!

We got “the upgrade” but room we got was SO small that we could not even fit our two suitcases in there and we could even open them properly.
Also, the room was facing a flat wall which was not nice at all.
This was not what we are used to get from ******* partner hotels.
Luckily we stayed one night only.
