Stayed here several times in the past, little has changed; rooms acceptable, clean, ice machine works, convenient on/off I10, adjacent to gas station. Breakfast included, used to have eggs/sausage - not available this stay, but coffee was better than usual. Break even, not quite…

The keys didn't work. The employee didn't believe me and came to my room to check it (1am)... didn't work... when she went back, only 1 key worked, then leave, with no apologize/ not being sorry (with my wife disable sit on the floor while waiting) or at least a "good night"...
They asked for a second credit card for "in case I break something"
Bathroom clean but not perfect
Bed does a strong metallic noise from the strings when we move
Chair was broken
...
Nice but not"great"... good for the price ($70)

It was a good spot for us to stop for the night. Check in was easy and quick. No problems at all, just a basic easy motel.

Front desk at check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but older. There was a chunk out of the wall in the bathroom area. Bed was comfortable, warm heat and a good hot shower. Breakfast was adequate. It is right off the expressway so easy on and off. Price is good also.

The place smelled and looked clean until we opened the door in the morning, we could see the layer of dust on tje furniture and smudges on the vanity

Breakfast was a bit light. The room needed a lot of maintenance. Taps leaking, drain broken.
The room just needed small repairs all over.

This was one of the cheaper hotels. We only needed to stop in and sleep but this was a a very clean and comfortable stay. They have breakfast in the morning. The water is hot and the ac/heater worked well. That 5 star in my book.
