The bedroom and bathroom we stayed in were clean but their hallway carpet (at least on the third floor) were badly stained, poor patching everywhere, it looks like a jigsaw puzzle and needs some serious renovation. The housekeeping staff were very courteous. The female front desk Jessica was professional and friendly but the two male front desk clerks who checked me in spoke English very well but were a bit rude when they spoke their own language/dialect to each other in front of me after I gave them my ID and credit card. I simply questioned him why he was making a photocopy of my ID and he said it was for their records because they don't have a swiper. I thought it was odd since it was a Wyndham hotel.

This is one of the finest motels I've ever stayed in. The staff had a free warm supper for all guests. The room was spotless. I can think of nothing they could improve on

Hotel is close to Interstate and has very thin walls. Could hear traffic all night very irritating. Staff was great and room was clean.

Nice new hotel on IH 10. Spacious rooms. Great bathroom with walk in shower. Typical breakfast that is edible but not more.
Still getting used to walking into a lobby that looks like a 7- 11 with so many things for sale but NO ONE at the front desk. Walked by 3 times - No one. Wanted directions No one. Check out No one. Same at Embassy Suites. Oh well.

Booked this hotel for one night and liked it so much we booked again on our return trip. Great for kids and hotel staff was very accommodating. Everything was great about our stay.

Everyone was friendly and I appreciate the meals being served at night because there is very little in that town to go to for dinner foods. The desk is kind and helpful. The rooms are pretty clean (though they could be a little more updated).
