I cannot believe how this motel has gone downhill. Booked weeks ago to get adjoining rooms but our room hadn't been serviced so had to have another room. Our grandson was very upset because no adjoining door. Room smelt terrible, spare bed had stain on cover, bench top was not clean, bathroom was not clean and towels were threadbare. Not even toilet paper on roll. People on both side of our room spent their time sitting outside smoking most of the day so we had to keep our door closed. We will not be back.

Very disappointing after reading so many positive reviews. I had booked an off street kitchenette room. Instead n arrival we were given a street room ( quite ordinary fittings) sleep was impossible- traffic noise all night. Also smokers outside the room had the smell of cigarette smoke wafting into the room- very unpleasant. As there are numerous place to stay in Griffith I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. A great location within walking distance of city centre. Quiet although close to the road. Staff were obliging and room was serviced which is becoming rare these days. Bed was terrific. A hot tap over the sink would be great.

Clean, quiet, convenient and friendly. Nothing any trouble. Booked a room (my fault) without a microwave, asked if any possibility of one and no problems. Will stay again, much friendlier than a nearby place.

Something isn't right here. The manager, as nice as he is, smiles as he tells you that the cleaners steal from the rooms. This was first confirmed by one of the cleaners who said other staff steal, so be careful. Yes the rooms are clean but not worth the risk here. The owners are abusive and extremally unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here and supporting what every is going on there.

Very clean and comfortable room. The manager went above and beyond to be helpful. He made us feel very welcome. Good parking (we have a high vehicle) and close to town. Good attention to detail in this mid-range accommodation, good value for money. Would definitely stay their again and highly recommend this property.

Warm and friendly greeting by an extremely young man. Made you feel welcome straight away and was always obliging with any requests. Rooms were very clean, roomy and comfortable. Special request for a comfortable sitting chair was a ably covered by a two seater settee. Breakfast was well cooked and delivered to our room on time. Can’t speak highly enough of this young manager and his parents should be proud of the way that they have brought him up. Thank you for a great stay

An okay spot for one night. Room was small and a bit tired. Check in was terrible as we were advised to call ahead due to it being a public holiday. However the call went to voicemail and no one called back. When we arrived the front office was in darkness and we didn’t know how to get our room key. It turned out that a staff member was in the office but with no lights on! He didn’t seem to know about the advice we had been given about calling ahead to arrange check in, but did say that the phone was playing up. This was all quite stressful after a long day of driving and not a great first impression.

Lady at front desk said all rooms booked out away from Highway after asking to be located away from main road. Very noisy room dated ,tired no love or attention to detail. Obviously no cars in any of about 10 rooms away from road Obviously too difficult to change them Pity work booked these two rooms for us I would have went elsewhere Very disappointing
