設施：園區內方位、路標指引清晰。觀景點配套簡約、不影響原生態的味道。作為多類型兼顧的度假村，客房户型挺多的。部分房型需要爬樓梯入住的建議在訂房頁面或其他途徑進行温馨提醒。
環境：對比芸芸人工修葺的旅遊酒店來説，這裏保存了大部分的純天然，很適合佛系放空沉澱修身。公共區域/客房外圍的綠化基本是原生態的，建議客房景觀窗台外的綠化可適當定期加工修剪，提升從客房周邊綠植的層次和美觀。
服務：不管是前台、活動場地、餐廳、房間服務，所遇到的工作人員服務都很熱情，此處要感謝吳*智小哥哥及他的助力小姐姐，各項活動都講解得很詳盡，對於愛鬧騰的小朋友們也特別有耐性！ 個別阿姨可能擔心會打擾旅客不好意思打招呼，個人覺得可以大膽主動一點，盡顯度假村的熱情待客形象，哈哈。 度假村採用的是管家服務，溝通暢通無阻且響應及時！ 訂的是椿香舍複式房，房內提供小童牙膏，建議親子類型的房間多配一張小凳子，讓小朋友夠得着洗手枱。
衞生：園內及客房範圍總體衞生很棒！沒有肉眼可見的垃圾，垃圾桶配置稍微少了點，建議活動場地就近多配一兩個垃圾桶。

環境優美，活動也很有意思，小溪小沙灘特別適合小朋友過來玩，樹蔭下也不會很熱，水很清涼，房間是非常漂亮啦，比預期中大，裝修很有品質。

很漂亮的一個地方，房間很不錯，招待很熱情，餐廳菜不錯都是有機蔬菜，就是價格有點貴，要提醒的是，山裡麪真的找不到一個便利店，需要自備一些零食

房間寬敞，有茶具，香薰，泡腳桶，非常貼心。美中不足是一樓面向户外，早餐必經之路，早上其他住户嗓門大容易被吵醒
服務人員都非常友善，管家回覆及時，還贈送了茶葉小禮物
園區生態環境優美，有很多適合小朋友的手作活動，多條徒步路線，非常適合短假期出遊

非常滿意的出行，路上所遇的所有工作人員都親切有禮，環境優美，處處細節都流露着用心。房間也很舒服，衹是可惜忘記拍照了。很希望到夏天酷熱的時候可以再來。
