Guyuan is a great city to visit. Walking around the old streets and experiencing a different style.
This hotel is excellent. The service from the front desk is super and they are really helpful and kind.
The room is big, clean and quiet. I slept really well.
A truly wonderful hotel. Well done.

前台服務態度真的是需要提高，可以説很差有個女的，因為一個工作人員態度拉低了酒店的體驗感，望酒店高層管理人員重視，客房服務員挺好。

每次去必住的酒店，一個是因為安靜，一個是因為乾淨，整體服務和環境都很不錯，地理位置也比較好，美中不足就是早餐品種不確定，有時候很豐富，有時候感覺很單一，固原很多美食都沒有體現，比如生汆麪、炒涼皮、拉麪什麼的，成本也不高，

酒店地理位置很好，服務都還過得去，但是房間設備實在太老了或者沒有及時維護。我帶長者小孩到固原旅遊，訂了一間家庭套房和一間行政雙床房。兩間電視機都無法使用，打電話來修理半個多小時 ，勉強能看了，但是卻關不掉了，衹能拔插頭。房間温度太高，空調無法使用，晚上到了24度，服務員説了，中央空調的冷氣沒有開，新風開了一夜 還是23-24度，有圖為證。床頭燈沒有電插座，無法使用，衹能使用頂燈。套房是整個酒店最貴的房間，無語。
