Kunming is still warm like spring, and you can wear short sleeves at noon. It really lives up to its reputation as the Spring City.

The location is not bad, it is very close to Haigeng Dam and National Village, and there are many hotels and food around, but many of them are closed during the Spring Festival. The hotel price is okay, and it doesn't increase much during the peak season of the Spring Festival. Many of them double or several times. This one is quite authentic, only doubled, and it is more cost-effective. This is a cadre sanatorium, which is an older hotel. The facilities are a bit old, but it is relatively clean and tidy overall, and the sound insulation is also good. The parking fee is also very cheap, and it is only two yuan per hour for external parking. The only drawback is that it may be because it is the designated hotel for the tour group. One is that when checking in at the front desk, there happened to be a group check-in. There was only one person at the two front desk staff to check in. It took almost half an hour to finish. Seeing that there was another person idle, I asked if they could handle it at the same time. The attitude was not very good. Another point is that breakfast ended too early. I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9 o'clock and it was said that it was over at 8:30. The front desk did not say it when checking in. Normally, breakfast in a hotel ends at 10 o'clock or 9:30. When I checked out, I went to the front desk at 8am and no one was there. I left an emergency contact number, but no one answered after calling for a long time. I just left my card at the front desk when I checked out...

The hotel is in a good location, only 1.2 kilometers away from Haigeng Dam, and parking is also very convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming

This hotel should have been a sanatorium in the past. It has a garden layout and covers a large area. The equipment and facilities are very old, but fortunately the linens are still quite clean. The hotel is relatively close to the Haigeng Dam, a 20-minute walk away. It is quite relaxing to feed the seagulls there every day.

We checked in at the hotel at 18:00, and at 18:30, the room assigned to us was not cleaned yet! There was garbage all over the floor, cakes and hair on the table, and blood on the bed... I forced the waiter to change the room, but I still felt uncomfortable living there! There is no place to eat dinner in the hotel, and the breakfast restaurant is closed at night and does not provide service! There is no restaurant within a radius of 1,000 meters. The external environment of the hotel is good, but I can't feel any service. The breakfast is of low quality, there is not much to eat, and the taste is average. I will not consider this hotel again in the future.

I stayed in a garden view room. The environment was pretty good, but the room was not soundproof and the curtains were not light-blocking. I could hear people talking on the street.
