衞生一般，管理很差，設施但是可以。
地上頭髮很多，明顯沒掃過。
洗手盆明顯毛髮。
兩條毛巾兩條浴巾一樣是有毛髮，打電話讓送一套新的，來的人面無表情，就像司空見慣了一樣，送來一套還硬要拿走一套，解釋是怕對不上號，硬要拿走是重點！怕對不上號也是。
本來沒想糾結這個事，就因為這個確實讓我覺得挺不好的！

已經好幾次入住了，總的來説很舒服。前台服務更是暖心，有一次外賣員藉口不送上樓，因為孩子睡覺自己又沒法出去拿取，前台主動給我電話將外賣悄悄送到我的門口，讓我很是感動。

第一次房間很大一股煙味 換了一間後還是有煙味 特別是被子煙味太重了 因為已經半夜了懶得折騰了 就想問一家酒店連無煙房間都不設立的嗎？還有冰箱的噪音大到根本無法睡覺 燈具按鍵在全部關燈後閃亮無比 簡直讓人一夜無眠 再不會入住！體驗感無敵差！

距離火車站不遠，走路15～20分！很安靜，房間很大，無異味，可以入住前去看房間，確實像別的評論一樣感覺毛巾確實不是非常乾淨，但在能接受範圍內，其他的地方還是很乾凈的，性價比還是不錯的，至於服務，就正常，能通暢順利入住 免費寄存行李 就非常滿足了，價格在這兒 不能要求過多，不能按五星級標準來要求。

非常令人滿意的入住體驗，在遼陽這座小城市能夠有這麼一家品質在線的酒店，真是令人驚喜。酒店位置挺好，離白塔很近，去火車站走路大概也就十來分鐘，距離幾個比較主要的景點也都能走到。房間設施挺新的，而且品質在線，浴室內還有些用心的小設計。床墊和枕頭使用了慢回彈的乳膠墊，極大提升了舒適感。廁所燈是感應的，不過貌似有點滯後，感覺沒有傳統的好使。服務方面，入住和退房效率都挺高，沒啥毛病。
