A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

The upgraded room has a good view and good hygiene (the good comment is that a long hair was found on the ground. I personally think it needs to be cleaned more carefully.) The bedding is very comfortable. After sleeping for a night, all three friends went downstairs to buy pillows. There are many delicious foods nearby.
