房間還可以，服務很不好
因為點了一鍵續住沒有帶早餐，今天一大早要走，有長者不方便出去吃了，我説我線下補差價，帶早餐的房間也就是貴了20塊錢包含2個人早餐，剩下超出的我就按照1人20來付，酒店經理説你網上取消重訂啊，現在也取消不了了，過時間了，我不管你網上什麼價格，你線下就是20塊一人，後面我原價給了，因為還有急事要走，因為10塊20塊扯浪費時間
但是經常出差住酒店的，沒有見過這樣服務的，説話特別強硬難聽，三個人因為早餐在前台跟我爭論，小姑娘還白我眼，説不能給我開後門，我的天啊，這是多大事呢，還扯上開後門了
你們都對，都怪客户，真是給您們添麻煩了

親子房設計不錯，很寬敞很温馨，一進門還有玩偶擺件，小朋友愛不釋手，離羅蒙、動物園都是可接受距離，自駕的話推薦，相比東錢湖邊上的酒店價格，住這裏真是性價比很高。免費停車，周邊小區很安靜，樓下還有超市、水果店、蛋糕店等，非常方便。酒店小兒精緻值得推薦。

晚到店前台小姐姐幫忙安排了升級房型，非常棒，升級的房間佈局非常好，物品也都整潔如新
服務小姐姐都非常好的，態度也好，幫忙免費延遲了房間，這個五星好評必須給！

價格合適不貴，酒店全是新的，不管是過道還是房間裏面的，非常乾淨沒有異味，户外環境也好不會嘈雜。遺漏了衣服居然能很早發現並電話通知，還用袋子裝好字條標識清楚，十分用心。商務出差人士高分推薦。
