We're a company situated in Windhoek, about every month on and of we make bookings at Protea Hotel Ondangwa for our people. Their telephone and email skills out of 10 is zero. One send an email to request for a quote, no response for about 2 days, you would not get a response unless you call - which I did. Call was taken, 'yes, we received the request' (ok, thinking to myself, response??) 'yes, we will send now an email, this will only be done after 2 or 3 calls. Dinner is not worth that charge of N$250.00, Service at the Hotel self is poor - one always have to look for somebody to ask for assistance. What happened to decent SERVICE in Namibia???
