2023. 9. 20 ~9.21~ Our Korean family of 5 had a great stay for 2 nights in a superior 3-bedroom. I realized how happy it was to be able to see the famous Eiffel Tower at a glance while lying on the living room sofa and looking up at it right in front of my eyes. And sleeping in a luxury Parisian apartment built in the 19th century 100 years ago in the 21st century was truly a cinematic experience.^^ The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk) ). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are of high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

The location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.

Location was good but the nearest Metro now is under upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room was small but clean. Problem is the only way to get drinking water is to go all the way to ground floor with your own bottle. I can understand the need to cut down on plastic bottles for Planet Earth. But at least have a water dispenser on every floor. Water is essential for life. But have just one water point on the ground floor goes to show that simple guests needs are not prioritize.

The location is very good, it will take five or six minutes to get to the tower. The English at the front desk is good, the basic communication can be smooth, the room is good, and there are slippers. It is good. You can try it.

The hotel is really great! Very large and very convenient! The front desk is also very good. Just at the mouth of the Eiffel Tower subway station, only 5 meters away, super convenient. This hotel has lost a lot of trouble for our trip!

Booked a room for one night via Agoda as the hotel is very near to my child's apartment in Paris. Took a cab straight from airport to the hotel to check in. Upon arrival at Hotel, I was shocked to be informed that my reservation was cancelled due to serious technical issues of the hotel room and there is no other room available. I was promised a full refund as this is the Hotel's fault and they have to cancel the reservation. So I requested an email from the hotel to confirm that. When I returned home couple days later and realise that there is still no news on the status of refund, I emailed the hotel and received an email to reassure me that the refund is in process. So I waited. And during the process, I informed Agoda about the refund and request an assistance on the matter. Even though I have the email confirmation from the hotel that I will be given the refund, Agoda informed me that ”the property is unable to honor the request due to the booking’s cancellation policy”. This is ridiculous!!! I was there to check in but the hotel has no room for me to check in and now they say this is a non-refundable???? I did not ask for compensation as I have no place to stay and merely ask to be fully refunded for the inconvenience cause. As a matter of fact, I did not cancel the reservation nor no-show, but the hotel refuse to honor the refund which they agreed when I was at the hotel. This is totally unacceptable!!!!
