房間乾淨衞生，毛巾都有獨立包裝。酒店院落也很大，寬敞。服務熱情。最驚訝的是酒店有大尺寸智能電視，還可以投屏。另外暖氣也非常充足。

院子環境優美，早餐相當不錯；房間陰冷，設施很陳舊、空調等於擺設，門鎖是壞的（我們住的是三區一樓）和網上説的不一致，相差太遠、嚴重不符；前台工作人員可能是新來的、業務不太熟練，賓館管理人員對上述情況應該及時調整

酒店各方面都是很好的！很上檔次。晚上因為管道維修，停了一陳子水，後來一直是黑黃水，訴以沒有洗澡。但我認定這是偶然情況。早歺很好，.停車也非常方便。給予5分好評！

服務挺好，洗手盤按鍵有故障，師傅馬上過來微修，雖然酒店有一定年限，環境還是不錯的，在且末來説還是性價比比較高的，離博物館近，打車不太方便
