The bathroom area couldn't be locked and the door was extremely heavy (need to use a lot of strength to close) which I suspect was faulty.
The service was remarkable as my friend fell and they even came up to apply medicine for her. The support was good.

Hotel was relatively clean, although we found mosquitoes on bedsheets, hotel staff explained the bugs might have flew in when door was opened. Also found bugs at the balcony. Staff was prompt when we request to change the linen. Location is further as it is a resort hotel, onsen was nice

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Resort. Even though staff doesn’t speak english much, they were very friendly and helpful. Hot springs were amazing. There’s almost no gym, only couple machines.

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. Overall a very good experience -

This hotel is just OK. Definitely not worth the price unless you're planning on spending a lot of time in the hot springs. No bathtub in rooms. Restaurant doesn't have many items on the menu. Staff is friendly. Hot springs are good

Although there was a small episode, the waiting time for the pick-up was a little long, but it did not affect the mood of the stay. The service was still good. We were given welcome fruits and an extra breakfast. We were also arranged on the upper floors with a good view.
Due to the slightly remote location, dinner was solved in the hotel. We ordered a dregs vinegar hot pot set meal, which tasted okay.
There are multiple hot springs♨small pools️ to choose from, and there are sweat steaming
Overall, the stay is still comfortable, close to the mountains and water, and the air is also good

The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the reserved garden view room to a lake view room. The room is bright, spacious and quiet. There are many types of hot springs. The pool water guy said that it is changed every day and looks very clear. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are reasonably priced. My parents are very satisfied with the breakfast
