A short but nice stay in the heat of August. A bit of a wait to check in (30-45) but made up for in the good service. Who I presume to be the Food And Beverage manager (Jay) really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, both at the bar and in the dining area. His good English and attention to detail was very appreciated. Others in the dining area and room service were also quite friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful tea house and is located a very short distance to the Confucian temple. Recommended for service, architectural features, and convenience.

This is an amazing hotel with high quality service and great location. Firstly, when we were doing our check-in the front desk informed that due to new COVID cases in Beijing (where we live) the local government requested an nucleic acid test. The staff did everything to help us. They double check with local authorities, called hospitals, booked an appointment and sent an employee to escort and support us (as we do not speak Chinese). They also did their best to obtain the result as faster as possible. Secondly, to minimise this situation and make our stay better, the hotel upgraded our room and offered amenities. Thirdly, the restaurant is the best in town, the food is tasteful and the service attentive. Fourthly, the hotel is located in a commercial area with all the facilities surrounding and in a walking distance (or 5 minutes by car) to the main attractions in the city. Fifth, the room, lobby, gym and swimming pool are lovely, comfortable and clean. Our special thanks to the manager-front office Gloria Jing, to Lily Yang and their team. They made our stay in Qufu a must and showed how a superb custom service can make the difference

The location was great. A short walk to the Confucious Temple and Mansion made sight seeing really easy. The local shopping street was not far away either. Rooms were comfortable and we really valued having drinking water on tap in the rooms. Fhw dining area, pool table and games gave the kids a good distraction too and some fun for all of us. The rooftop was also a great place to sit and unwind without tall buildings everywhere. With limited tourism, this hostel, and city, were quiet, which suited us just fine.

The room is very clean. The first thing I did when I checked into the hotel was to wipe all the countertops with wet wipes. It was really clean and the wet wipes did not change color. The hotel as a whole is good, but the location is relatively remote. I went to the Confucius Museum, which was said to be 100 meters away, but there was a park wall in the middle, and it really took more than 20 minutes to go around. Another one, the platform said that there are membership privileges, free room upgrades, and the only difference is whether the bathroom has a dry and wet partition. There is no difference in room type, area, and facilities, and it is really perfunctory. In addition, I don't know if it is because of the small number of guests staying, the breakfast is a bit average.

The location is very convenient for visiting the most notable attractions in Qufu (it's about 300 meters from the entrance to the Confucius Temple). There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There are direct buses to/from both Qufu and Qufu East train stations. The room itself was good and the facilities were in good condition (there was even an ancient Pentium 4 in the room, for some reason). The staff was also very kind. My only issue is that the rooms are all smoking rooms, so that the smell of cigarettes is hard to avoid, but that is written on the booking page. Still, if you're sensitive to that, you may wish to find a non-smoking room elsewhere.

The location is absolutely perfect, five minutes walk from the Confucian Temple. The boss hardly appears to be self-help throughout the whole process, suitable for social fear. Health is OK, we mostly bring our own. The windows are small and the walls outside will be a bit stuffy. The shower water volume is a bit small but okay. The room will be a bit dark. Overall, the price is very high, and we have a good experience with praise.
