The room was the smallest I've ever stayed and it was freezing. Next Day I reported the problem and there was no change. I enjoy the cold but triste was to much. The bathroom was outdated and the room needed some TLC but the restaurant was a complet diferent thing: good food y great service. Woul líke to mention Fernández, the waiter for making every guest feel welcome. This hotel is not a four stars Maybe 2 and half.

Nigh**are Experience!! Elevator shaft in the wall of my room going up and down all night….. terrible food in the restaurant, window didn’t lock, room safe didn’t unlock, staff don’t care. The one small window I had facing a wall, with an AC unit covered in bird Poo Worst worst worst night in a hotel in my life and I traveled non stop for 20 years

We pre-paid for 5 nights at this hotel, but the condition and quality of the hotel were so horrible, we moved to other hotel (Yep, they didn't refund a penny) The room was right next to busy street and it was noisy all night. The room was dirty, old and seems like never did any updating for last 30 years. $10 hostel should be better than this hotel. We spend two nights at Legardo Mitico Salta and two nights at KKala Both are beautiful boutique hotel and very clean and excellent service. Probably the two best hotel in Salta.

Todo antiguo y mal conservado. El restaurante caro y con una carta limitada. El desayuno pobre. En la habitación el aire acondicionado ruidoso y la cortina rota. Pasillos con alfombras deterioradas. Su ubicación es muy buena cerca de todo y muy gentiles sus recepcionistas. . No lo recomiendo porque no hay relación precio-csludad.

Muy mala experiencia. Las camas un desastre, los empleados desbordados, en el desayuno no había mesas, ni tazas ni cucharas. Fue por lejos , la peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel. El aire acondicionado no andaba, nos cambiaron de habitación y fue peor. Se negaron a devolverle la tarifa si me iba. Un desastre

El amerian es raro. Es una cadena pero en cada provincia lo mantienen diferente. En Salta le falta mantenimiento. Parece un hotel viejo. El baño da un poco de pena. Llevate shampoo porque es de lo peor q vi. El restautante flojo. La atencion es buena. El desayuno normal.

Falta de mantenimiento.Sábanas viejas y transparentes. Aire acondicionado de 1980 cada 10 ' se paraba! Hab.chicas.Se inunda la bacha de sólo lavarte los dientes.Ni te cuento la lluvia.Toallones en el piso para no estar en un lago. Desayuno básico. Al regreso de una estadía en Purmamarca..teníamos que regresar allí.Qué nos dijeron..que había caños rotos.Nos mandaron a otro Hotel. Al esperar el taxi afuera..venía un micro repleto de gente..todos alijados.O sea que mágicamente se arreglaron los caños. Mentirosos! Las peores referencias daremos si nos preguntan dónde ir a Salta.
