The hotel is nothing like the pictures. No microwave or refrigerators in the rooms. Hallway stinks of smoke. Found roach in my bed when I got up. No towels.

Arrived around 5pm and checked in around 7pm. There are no bath towels, etc. All facilities are either broken or extremely old and shabby. I have been traveling in the United States for more than a month this time. This is the worst hotel and the most expensive. none of them.
Attached toilet door. It can't be closed, and it's extremely tattered.

The hotel has no room card, the environment is very poor, the bedding in the room is dirty, and there is no hot water in the shower. It is impossible to stay here. The most intolerable thing is that the room door cannot be locked, which makes people feel very insecure. I booked it because I was in a hurry. I suggest you not choose this hotel. I never stayed, check in and felt it was like a crack house, left called Orbitz and they could not get me a refund. book another hotel. This hotel should not be offed on Orbitz

Arrived at the location there were several vagrants Milling about in the parking lot and the street leading to the property. As soon as I pulled into my parking spot I was approached by a man asking for money the area was dark and I did not feel safe so I left and spent the night in my car in a gas station parking lot. The general manager refused to refund my my money. I will be sure to let everyone know to not stay at that location

This place was so filthy. Bed bugs and tweakers. The ceiling is caving in, my room was unclean and when I called for a new room they hung up on me
