From the moment I arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Especially Shubhangi at the fromt desk, she greeted me and was very considerate. She left no stone unturned to make our stay as comfortable as she could. I would love to stay there again!!!

The staff at this hotel is really nice and helpfull. Although we didn't have reservations because of communication issue on our end, the Guest Service Manager on duty that day, Shubhi, was a fantastic help and was able to accomodate our group of 5. Marj made our breakfast experience a very enjoyable one, she is awesome, very friendly and always in a good mood, and Sienna ensured we had a seamless checkout experience. Anytime we crossed staff members in the hallways or elevators, they were always cheerful, smiling and curteous. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to make our week a very enjoyable one. We look forward to returning in May for our Convention.

Horrible experience. The manager was awful. She made us wait exactly until 3 pm to check in even after requesting an early check in that same morning. There were about 50 people in line waiting to get checked in and she was not willing to budge on the checkin time even though there was a huge lineup and people had been waiting for well over an hour. She said and pointed to the check in time listed on the wall and had zero discretion even if our room was available she would not budge on the check in time which is super odd. I’ve never had that experience at any hotel that I have ever stayed at. She continued to state that they had paperwork to fill out— so during this time between 130 and 3 pm nobody was able to get checked in. She just kept saying that they were too busy. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never in my life was treated in that manner. She was rude and not pleasant. The hotel staff have zero people skills and do not have any type of discretion when it comes to hotel policies. I’ve stayed there last year and had a great experience but the staff has obviously changed and I will never ever recommend or stay at the hotel again.

Rooms are great. Facility is clean. Walls are not very soundproof (could hear casual talking and lots of snoring next store).

Management at the hotel is brutal. I believe the person’s name was Shubie. She made the check in process an extremely frustrating process for about 50 people standing at the front desk waiting to be checked in. She was dealing with experienced travellers - not our first stay in a hotel. Her explanations were rude, and lacking any warmth, empathy or hospitality. The hotel needs to do better with planning for groups that they book in. They were unprepared and sadly left someone in charge that doesn’t understand the hospitality industry. Nice new hotel but I won’t recommend it or ever stay there again

Room was clean but for the price to stay there would’ve expected it to be nicer. Breakfast was only offered for a three hour window.
