號稱是關島最奢華的酒店，有寬敞的大堂，華麗的門面，在杜夢灣的較高點，風景怡人，房間楊枱眺望海景一覽無遺。
服務態度及管理制度明顯配不上，房間沒有按時備妥，10多人在大堂等候個多小時未能入住，小小難題即安排混亂，沒有以旅客的角度去出發， 沒有解決問題亦沒有使旅客感到舒適，金玉其外，不建議入住

좋은 시설을 오래 유지하는건 청소가 중요하다고 생각함.
게으른 하우스키핑 직원들은 팁만 밝히고 청소를 책임감 없이 진행하였음.
여러 나라를 여행 했지만 괌 하우스키핑은 최악이였음.
전부다 그런건 아니겠지만 16층은 그렇게 느낌.
청소를 게으르게 한다면 6성급 호텔도 오래 유지 못함.

為了去行政酒廊
花錢升級到了club
非常着急的收拾完房間 洗面台上流了一個長長的頭髮
隨便器的坐墊下面 有不透明的污漬
雖然可以理解
還是有些遺憾
沒有惡意 衹是陳述我的事實

衞生間沒有手動排風開關、沒有地漏的設計是很大的bug，既不能用水清潔馬桶的外周，也不能一直通風，以致衞生間裏總有一股尿騷味。更奇葩的是酒店居然沒有自己的海灘、健身房，而是要與日航酒店合用。而這就是關島目前最貴的酒店。
