智慧型入住及退房，一早透過平台轉至酒店查詢入住手續，跟足程序指示，非常方便及簡單。位置非常近地鐵站，5分鐘內一定能到，由地鐵站至酒店沿路都是食店或生活用品店鋪，去六義園亦非常近。
房間非常寬躺，設備齊全，乾濕分離

最满意的是附近的美食，吃不完根本吃不完www
シングルベッドの部屋の防音が残念。夜寝てから隣の部屋にチェックインしたが来た時に起きてしまいました。

房間非常乾淨，離地鐵也很近，出行方便。入住根據指引也非常方便，我們3個人，後面給我們還升級了房間，非常感謝！下次出行還會考慮入住。

牙膏都擠光了應該放一條新的……然後漱口杯子都裂掉了
之前房客好像就有講到，還是沒改進很舊一條擠也擠不出來
只好用清水洗，頭一次遇到這樣的
早上起來洗漱的時候，在廁所聞到一股餿水味道
應該是管線問題但是很受不了，非常噁心
清潔人員很好是可以先放行李 ，
不過他很辛苦的感覺，導致房間整理的不是很乾淨，
洗手台跟馬桶上方非常骯髒都是灰塵。
密碼建議最後講輸入*字鍵，
不要打star ，我們是剛好遇到外國人幫忙開門。
最後一點是居然沒有提供飲用水我覺得不行，
因為那個水壺看了就不想用。
隔音非常差隔壁講甚麼很清楚，
提醒在鐵道附近，所以介意者要考慮。
優點是離車站非常近，床舖非常柔軟以及空調是獨立的，
即使外面有人抽煙卻沒有影響到我們，
看圖片會很容易誤會，實際上是有誤差的，
所以上來補充感想，
感謝辛苦的房務人員。

住宿所在位置很好，附近就有超市、藥妝店和超商。
離地鐵和Jr都很近並且對面就有一間自助洗衣店。
但硬體設施沒有很好，一進大門是一個堆滿裝著換洗床單和浴巾的無人櫃檯，通往倒垃圾中庭的門沒有安裝門鎖但可以直通外面好像沒有很安全。
電梯很小而且老舊，關門速度非常快，住宿期間被夾到好幾次，房間只有一個簡單的鎖，屋內沒有第二層的防盜鎖。
感覺住宿的清潔沒有很仔細，旋轉椅下面竟然還有一雙襪子塞著。提供的牙膏是用過的幾乎空了的牙膏（不過牙膏這種東西基本上開封過我也不敢使用）冰箱冷凍庫的霜很厚而且還泛黃。
隔音非常差，我們入住的第三個晚上有一群女生入住隔壁房，半夜十一點多可能因為出來旅行太興奮一直講話還唱歌，伴隨吹風機的聲音（連吹風機開關的聲音都聽的很清楚）和行李開合碰撞聲就一直在我們床頭的位置響起。

臨時住一晚，晚上9點左右到達，沒看到明顯的標誌，在附近找了十幾分鍾，找到後進不去，全自助，攜程沒有發進去的密碼和房號，幸好門口有個二維碼可以加房東的微信，搞了接近一個小時才能入住，房間衹有床和小冰箱外帶一個洗手間，好像也沒有Wi-Fi。而且還不便宜，好處就是離山手線挺近的。
