The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and bigger also. Important is the available charging stations which is enough and just besides your bed. Its not too far from Gotanda stn, just a 3min walk

This was near the place I was visiting but also convenient to a metro. Service was okay, but not amazing. I haven't stayed in other Japanese hotels though so I don't know what to compare it to.

房間唯一缺點是小
有洗脱烘乾機、附早餐、對面有便利店
距離地鐵口5分鐘內
距離涉谷10分鐘（地鐵）
交通方便、周邊有許多餐廳
設施：早餐、洗衣機、製冰機、兩台販賣機

酒店大部分職員也不會英語，我向替我check in的女職員要求不想要尾房，check in時用了20 多分鐘，最後靠好心人日語翻譯才聽得懂，其間她拿出一個翻譯機但是翻譯出來的語言全錯，我說出英語，普通話，廣東話說了很多次她的翻譯機也翻譯不到。 值得讚的是第二天另一位應該是較高級職位守夜更的女前台員工，我向她反映我入住遇到的保安問題(因為酒店位置晚上較僻靜和走出點另一街道也有風俗埸所)， 她很有耐心和認真的回應我，她對非本地人也保持很有禮貌。
