It's a bit far from downtown, so you have to transfer two or three times at Nakano Fujimicho Station to go to Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station, but it's quiet and there's a pretty stream in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk.
The accommodation was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and there was only one air conditioner, so it was too cold at night in February.
Convenience stores, Mos Burgers, and bakeries (really delicious) are clustered near the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes.
There is a willingness to visit again in any season other than winter ^^
