Villa Rancho Hatuey

The rooms aren't the best, but they're not really bad either. Acceptable for one night. At dinner I was very reminded of GDR times: waiting in front of a half-empty restaurant until the tables were ready... but no one did. Then buffet food of a less than pleasant kind, as if buffet alone wasn't bad enough. You can do that better in Cuba - elsewhere.

We stayed from the 9th to the 12th, for a workshop, we had to change rooms three times, the first time we were stuck the door didn't open from the inside, the second time there was a lot of musty smell, the third time we didn't have a minibar. The food is poorly prepared and not very varied. I had to buy a package of coffee to have it made for me, (there was none at the hotel) The pool was changed the same day we arrived. No night activities. The beer dispensed ran out quickly as the workers took away cucumbers. Within three days the electricity went out. They should improve the rooms, ventilate them, put handles on the doors, change the curtains. Just highlight the beauty of nature.

Lo peor no se los recomiendo servicio pésimo desde las 7 pm en fila para comer y son las 10 pm y aún sin entrar al restaurante..El agua de la piscina sucia...no hay ni agua para beber
