O café da manhã é sofrível. Local pequeno demais para o tamanho do hotel. Já poderiam ter resolvido isso, tendo em vista a idade do hotel. Além disso, apenas dois funcionários não davam conta de fazer todo o serviço de limpeza de mesas, reposição de utensílios e dos itens oferecidos no buffet. Entendemos que o preço do hotel é econômico, mas nem por isso é autorização antecipada para ocorra esse tipo de desorganização. Sugestão: reduzir as opções de buffet, mas garantir para que não falte o mínimo, como café quente e pão de sal.

Localização ruim, não é possível fazer nada a pé, péssima flexibilidade e atendimento, não deixam entrar no quarto nem 5 min antes do checkin (mesmo com o hotel completamente vazio) o almoço no hotel só é disponibilizado após as 14hrs.

O quarto é bom, tudo funcionando. O café da manhã foi a pior experiência que eu já tive. Marcam o horário de café, porém cheguei e estava lotado, não havia lugar pra sentar. Quando desocuparam a mesa, comida era só o resto, ninguém pra limpar. Eu e meu marido tivemos que fazê-lo. Poucas opções. Não desfrutei da infraestrutura de lazer para opinar.

Hotel bem estruturado, na entrada da cidade (sentido Fernão Dias), para quem não está de carro fica um pouco longe do centro, limitando o deslocamento (tem Uber na região).
Bem limpo, organizado.
Preço da alimentação no hotel bem razoável, comi uma Parmegiana de Frango que estava espetacular o tempero, e não sou muito fã de frango..., mas me surpreendeu. Não tive muito tempo para aproveitar a área externa do hotel, mas é bem estruturado (piscina).
Só o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar por poucas opções de acompanhamento (proteinas - Ovo e salsicha) e duas opções de pães, entretanto para quem gosta de bolo, tinham mais de 6 opções no dia que estava lá.
