The next floor to the hotel is a KTV where people sing at 3 or 4 in the morning. It's so noisy and there's no soundproofing at all. You can hear the voices from the neighbors clearly!

The sanitation is just normal. I checked the hotel room twice. Both times, one light in both rooms was broken. The shower in the second room was still broken. The KTV singing downstairs at 4 am can wake up the guests. The soundproofing is quite unique.

It was night when we went to the booked room. When we checked in, we were told that we needed to pay a deposit which would be returned to the original payment account after we checked out. I said we would find a quieter room and we were arranged in the innermost room. The service attitude of the front desk at night was OK. They didn't have disposable slippers and they sent them over. When I was getting ready to sleep, my roommate was stabbed by a small piece of broken glass! ! ! The key point was that the glass was on the bed! ! ! I felt uncomfortable because I slept with my clothes on. When I woke up in the morning, I found traces of blue ink in the quilt... This is a lack of hygiene details! ! ! (I was uncomfortable to begin with, and I thought I could sleep, so I didn't think about taking pictures.) When I checked out in the morning, the front desk directly said that the account was settled. Now there was no electronic money in the front desk mobile phone, only two 50 cash. My friend and I looked at one of the banknotes and questioned it (the paper did not change when it was turned, and I was worried about touching counterfeit money). We asked to change it, and the front desk said no. I saw a money detector in front of him, but he didn't use it. They said that the two bills were given to him, and he transferred our WeChat. Then he was very impatient and said no, there was no money in the company's mobile phone, and only the two cash. I asked him that the front desk clerk in the evening and the front desk clerk in the morning said different things. One said that the money would be returned to the account through the original route, and the other said that the money would be returned in cash or via WeChat. The accommodation experience was too bad.

I left my clothes at the hotel and they were still clean when I left. However, when the hotel staff took pictures, there was such a big oil stain on it. I was speechless.
