The hotel is in really nice location, close to West street, like 2 minutes away. I liked to room and design of it. Breakfast was tasty, even have western breakfast meals. Everything was clean and perfect. Stuff speaks English and always welcomed us ❤️ Here are some pictures of the vies from our room abs what you can see not far from the hotel. Really nice place, can’t wait to come back again!

I was very disappointed the swimming pool was drained and no prior noticed. I booked this hotel to go swimming and hence very disappointed with no options or information as I couldn’t swim. The bathtub stopper was not working and water continuously drained so I couldn’t have a bath. The one door for either shower or toilet was just weird. Either you shower with door closed or toilet with door closed but not both. 😳 The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average.

Address - New West Street International Hotel is located in Yangshuo close to West Street. You can rent an electric scooter 🛵 at the reception for 50 yuan per day with a 200 yuan deposit which you will get back if you bring it back in the same condition. Ambiance/Facilities - This is a very fancy looking hotel. From the lobby to the bedroom. I was very impressed. They have a wonderful pool and kiddie pool 🏊🏽‍♀️, gym, laundry .etc. Highlights - Definitely the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️ The breakfast was good but mostly Chinese cuisine with a little Western sprinkled in.

Great hotel in Yangshuo center, yet at the end of West Strret, near the river, hence much quieter at night. Some reviewers didn't like the restaurant located at the ground floor of the hotel. However, for us, this is a bonus. This is the best restaurant in Yangshuo hence it's always busy. But the hotel gives the guests priority: While no table was available, we could order food beforehand and waited in our room. As soon as a table was available, it's offered to us via a phone call. The reception also organized bike rental for us seamlessly: The bikes were delivered to the hotel and we didn't need to pay a deposit (which is a common practice). Laundry is cheap too.

I wanted to stay with my family for a few more days in Yangshuo during the off-season, so I chose a suite. The space is bright and spacious, more than enough for a family of five. The lady at the front desk specially arranged for us to go to the fifth floor. Although the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, the lady It was very considerate to help us carry our luggage to the 5th floor. The view from the room is also very good. You can see the mountains in the distance and the sunlight can fill the entire room. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is a special area for hanging clothes. The hotel provides a washing machine and dryer, which is especially suitable for our guests who are staying for a few days. I want to give this store a 5-star review. When I arrived at the store, the boss and Duoduo (the boss’s Labrador) were very considerate. The boss was super nice and received me and my golden retriever warmly. The boss watched me bring The dog helped me buy an upgraded room and helped me carry my suitcase to the 4th floor. When I was about to go out, the boss was very patient and explained to me the surrounding food, drink and entertainment. This was my first visit to Guilin.The hotel was located on west street and very convenient to find . I was greeted by Maya at the front desk who did my check-in. She was very helpful.The room was amazing , very beautiful, very clean and exactly shown as in the pictures. The view of the mountains was very nice.All the amenities in the room were first class.The breakfast they serve was having wide variety of food.I must say all the staff there at the hotel was very very helpful and good. I was really impressed by the services provided by Maya and her colleagues.She also helped me to book tickets to various attractions . Overall the trip was amazing and hotel was great place to stay in.
