酒店環境非常好，設施齊全，科勒衞浴，中央空調，雙床乾淨衞生，睡感好。位置好市中心，離兩壩一峽遊客中心很近。旁邊就是解放路步行街，致祥路小吃很多。

冰雨雪天路過宜昌入住桃花嶺飯店，到店已是深夜，汽車電將耗盡着實着急，值班大堂曹經理得知主動冒冰雨雪帶領去充電樁，協助安裝防滑鏈熱情周到細緻，禮物表示感謝謝絕，讓我及家人感動不及。。。通過平台對曹經理幫助感謝並祝新年快樂!!!

酒店工作人員服務態度不錯，周邊綠化環境很好，餐飲方便！房間乾淨衞生，就是面積不算大，空調效果一般，另外洗漱用品有點過度包裝覺得不環保。
